How to set up and use Axora

Everything you need to install Axora and get the most from it. If something goes wrong, message us on WhatsApp and we will work it out with you.

Updated 2 October 2026

Before you start

  • Your activation code: eight characters, like ABCD-1234. Use it in the Axora app for Fire TV Stick and Android TV, or in your computer browser.
  • Your sign-in details: server https://axoratv.com, username and password. Use them in IPTV players for Roku, Apple TV, smart TVs and phones. For VLC, ask for your M3U link.
  • Internet at home. 10 Mbps looks good; 25 Mbps or more is better still.
  • The device you will watch on: Fire TV Stick, Android TV, smart TV, Roku, Apple TV, computer or phone.

We send you all of it on WhatsApp. The code is used once, on your main device; if you need another, just ask. The username and password can go into several players, though you can still only watch on one screen at a time.

Install on your device

Find your device below and follow the steps in order.

Fire TV Stick and Android TVThe recommended route. This is our own app, with the best player.
  1. 1Allow apps from other sourcesOn Fire TV: Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → turn on «Install unknown apps». On Android TV: Settings → Apps → Security & restrictions → Unknown sources.
  2. 2Install the Downloader appSearch for it in your TV's store: it is called «Downloader», by AFTVnews, orange icon. It is free, and it is how you fetch ours.Downloader on Amazon ↗Or search your TV for:Downloader
  3. 3Open Downloader and type the addressIn the field on the left type: axoratv.com/axora.apk — no www, no https. Press «Go».
  4. 4InstallWhen the download finishes, your TV asks whether to install it. Choose «Install», then «Done».
  5. 5Delete the file (optional)Downloader offers to delete the installer to free space. You can accept: the app is already installed.
  6. 6Open Axora and sign in with your codeYou will find it among your apps. Choose «I have a code» and type the eight characters we sent you. Leave out the dash; upper or lower case makes no difference.

Activation code
the eight characters we sent youLooks like ABCD-1234. Only here — every other device takes a username and password

Done. You will see the Axora home screen with your channels, films and series.

From here the app updates itself: when there is a new version it downloads on opening and only asks you to confirm the install.

Samsung and LG smart TVsTVs running Tizen (Samsung) or webOS (LG). Here you use a player from your TV's own store.
  1. 1Install an IPTV player from your TV's storeOpen your TV's app store (LG Content Store on LG, Samsung Apps on Samsung) and look for one of these. They are free, they are not ours, and they work with any service.SET IPTV ↗Duplex Play ↗Or search your TV for:IPTV player
  2. 2Open it and choose «Xtream Codes»That is the option asking for a server, a username and a password. Some call it «Xtream Codes API» or «Login with Xtream». If it offers «M3U URL» instead, message us and we will send you the M3U link.
  3. 3Enter your three details and saveThe ones in the table below. Mind the password: it is case-sensitive.

Done. The player downloads the channel list — one to two minutes the first time. A blank screen for a while is normal.

Smart TV browser compatibility depends on the model and video format. For these devices, we recommend an IPTV player from their app store. For the Axora app, use Fire TV Stick or Android TV.

RokuAny Roku. Here you use a player from the channel store, not an app of ours.
  1. 1Search for an IPTV player on your RokuHome → Streaming Channels → Search Channels. Type one of these and you will see several free players. They are not ours: they work with any service.Search your Roku for:IPTV playerOr:Xtream
  2. 2Add it and open itRoku installs it in seconds and puts it at the end of your channel list.
  3. 3Choose «Xtream Codes» when signing inThat is the option asking for a server, a username and a password. Some call it «Xtream Codes API». Do not pick «M3U» unless we sent you that link.
  4. 4Enter your three details and saveThe ones in the table below. Typing them on a remote is the slowest part of all this — take your time and check before you confirm.

Done. Your channels, films and series appear in the player's menu. The first load takes a couple of minutes.

There is no Axora app you can install on a Roku: Roku only allows publishing through its store after certification, and developer mode switches itself off after 72 hours. That is why this route uses a player from the store with the same details. If you would rather have our app, a Fire TV Stick is the option we recommend.

Apple TVApple TV 4K and HD. Here you use a player from the App Store, not an app of ours.
  1. 1Open the App Store on the Apple TV and search for a playerType one of these with the remote. Apple reviews more strictly than the other stores, so what is available changes over time: pick one with good reviews that says it accepts «Xtream».Search your Apple TV for:IPTV playerOr:Xtream
  2. 2Install it and open itSome are free and some are a one-off purchase. None is ours, and you do not need the most expensive one: any that accepts Xtream will do.
  3. 3Choose «Xtream Codes» when signing inThat is the option asking for a server, a username and a password. Not «M3U», not «Stalker».
  4. 4Enter your three details and saveThe ones in the table below. Tip: with an iPhone nearby, typing on the Apple TV raises a prompt on the phone so you can type from there — far quicker than the remote.

Done. The player loads your full list; the first time takes a minute or two.

There is no Axora app you can install on an Apple TV: Apple allows no way to install apps outside its App Store, without exception. That is why this route uses a player from the store with the same details. The eight-character code is only for our own app; in a player you use the username and password.

ComputerWindows, Mac or Linux: browser or VLC.
  1. 1Open axoratv.com/tv in your browserChrome and Edge work best. You drive it with the arrow keys and Enter, exactly like a remote.
  2. 2Sign in with your code or account detailsChoose code sign-in or username and password. Use the access we sent you on WhatsApp.
  3. 3Choose what to watch; use VLC for unsupported formatsOpen a channel, movie or episode and press play in Axora. If your browser does not support its format, use VLC: Media → «Open Network Stream» (on a Mac, File → «Open Network»), paste your M3U link and press Play.Download VLC ↗

Done. You can play supported formats in Axora. If you use VLC, choose a channel from its list.

Axora supports playback in a computer browser, but not every audio and video format is compatible. If a title does not play, try VLC or the Axora app on Fire TV Stick or Android TV. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp.

Phone and tabletAndroid and iPhone. Here you use a player app rather than ours.
  1. 1Install a playerOn Android you can use IPTV Extreme; on iPhone and iPad, Smarters Player Lite or GSE. These are third-party apps. Check their store listings for available features and any charges.IPTV Extreme (Android) ↗Smarters Player Lite (iPhone) ↗GSE Smart IPTV (iPhone) ↗
  2. 2Add your IPTV accessIf the app offers «Xtream Codes» or «Xtream Codes API», choose it to use your server, username and password. If it asks for an M3U playlist, use the complete link we send you.
  3. 3Enter your details or paste your linkCopy the server, username and password from the WhatsApp message, or paste your M3U link if you chose that option. Ask us if you are missing access. The eight-character code is not used in an IPTV player.
  4. 4Give the playlist a nameIf the app asks for a name to save the playlist, type «Axora». It is only a label for you. In Smarters that box is called «Any Name».
  5. 5Wait for the list to downloadThe first load can take a few minutes, depending on your connection and player. Keep the app open while it downloads the catalogue.

Ordering and hiding categories

Your provider sends hundreds of lists from dozens of countries. This screen is where you make it yours. It is in Settings → Categories.

  1. 1Switch between TV, Films and SeriesWith ← and →, at the top.
  2. 2Show or hide oneLand on it and press OK. Hidden ones look dimmed and stop appearing in your lists.
  3. 3Move one categoryHOLD OK to pick it up, move it with ↑ ↓, and press OK again to put it down.
  4. 4Move a whole country to the topLand on any category from that country, press ↑ until you leave the list, and choose «Move all [MEX] to the top». They all go up together.
  5. 5Group by countryIn the same place, the other option gathers every country's categories together without shuffling what you already arranged.
  6. 6SavePress Back. It saves itself, and your channel list reorders to match.

Category order drives channel order too: move Mexico to the top and Mexican channels come first under «All».

If something is not working

It stutters or keeps buffering

Almost always the provider's signal at peak hours, not your internet. The app reconnects on its own and tells you with «Reconnecting…». If one channel fails a lot at that hour, try another version of the same channel (there is usually more than one) and tell us which, so we can look at it.

Black screen but I can hear it

Update the TV app: Settings → TV app → OK. Older versions had that problem.

It says «device limit»

Your plan allows one screen at a time and another one is watching. Close it and wait a minute. If nobody else is watching, message us: we free your line straight away.

One channel never opens

Hold OK on it and choose «Hide channel» so it stops getting in the way, and tell us which it is. If it is down at the provider, we will look into it.

A channel has no schedule

Not every channel publishes a guide. Event and pay-per-view channels have no schedule anywhere. On the rest we show what is on and when it ends.

My favourites were not showing

That is fixed. If you still cannot see them, go to Settings → Update channel list.

I lost my code or my password

Message us on WhatsApp with the name you signed up under and we will send them again.

Still stuck?

Message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it out with you. Tell us which device you use and which channel you were watching: that takes us straight to the problem.
