Terms of service

1. What Axora is

Axora is a subscription service that provides live television, films and series on internet-connected devices. By subscribing to or using the service you accept these terms.

2. Your account

Every subscription comes with personal, non-transferable credentials or an activation code. You are responsible for keeping them private and for all activity on your account. If you believe someone else is using them, tell us and we will reissue them.

3. Simultaneous devices

Each plan states how many screens may play at the same time. You may install the app on as many devices as you like, but once the simultaneous limit is reached the service shows a notice and will not start another stream.

4. Acceptable use

The service is for personal, household use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or rebroadcast the content or the credentials.
• Share the account outside your household.
• Record, copy or publish the content.
• Attempt to breach, automate against or overload the service.

Breaking these rules may suspend the account without a refund.

5. Payment and renewal

Payment is in advance for the period you choose. There is no minimum term: if you do not renew, access simply ends when the period expires. Prices may change, and any change applies to future renewals, never to a period already paid for.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can stop renewing at any time. If the service fails for a reason attributable to us and we cannot resolve it, we will consider compensation or a refund proportionate to the time affected. No refund applies to suspension under section 4.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running continuously, but interruptions can happen through maintenance, third-party provider failures or causes outside our control. Programming and channel availability may change without notice.

8. Third-party content

Some content comes from external providers and its rights belong to their respective owners. If you hold rights and believe something should not be available, write to hola@axoratv.com and we will review it.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
